KARREN ABRAMS

Karren is grateful to be on the faculty of the beloved Ayurvedic Institute, where she graduated as an Ayurvedic Counselor and Ayurvedic Practitioner. She brings compassion, ingenuity, and delight to her work, whether it be in the classroom or clinic. Practicing Ayurveda to serve all beings as an instrument of Love and Peace is Karren’s greatest inspiration.
Karren has done extensive RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as Children’s Yoga, and Yoga for Troubled Youth. She is a Level III Reiki Master.
